About

Steve Brown, PhD, LMHC, is a mental skills coach, licensed mental health counselor, educator, and researcher with more than 15 years of experience working with athletes, coaches, students, and teams.

He has taught mental performance and resilience skills in a range of settings, including schools, MGH’s Home Base Program, and the U.S. Army’s Comprehensive Soldier and Family Fitness program. His doctoral research examined high school coaches’ perceptions of team culture and athlete well-being.
