Athlete Workshops

A series of interactive workshops designed to teach athletes practical mental skills they can use in sport, school, and life. Topics include:

  • Focus and attention

  • Confidence and self-talk

  • Energy and emotional regulation

  • Goal setting

  • Imagery and preparation

  • Resilience and responding to mistakes

Workshops can be offered as individual sessions or as a series over a season

Becoming a Student Leader
Designed for team captains and emerging leaders, this workshop helps students understand what leadership looks like in a team setting. Topics include communication, accountability, supporting teammates, and leading through behavior rather than title.

Individual Coaching

Brown Performance Coaching offers individual work for athletes that integrates mental performance coaching with licensed mental health counseling.

This approach recognizes that performance challenges and mental health concerns are often connected. Stress, anxiety, confidence issues, identity, motivation, and life transitions can all affect how athletes show up in sport and in daily life.

Individual sessions are tailored to the needs of each athlete and may include:

  • Mental skills training (focus, confidence, self-talk, preparation)

  • Support for stress, anxiety, and emotional regulation

  • Performance-related counseling

  • Identity and self-worth beyond sport

  • Coping with injury, setbacks, or transitions
